1-Sides
Adosin Tourism Ltd. Şti will be briefly referred to as “ADOSİN Turizm”.
2-Subject With this contract, the parties; Providing the transfer service from the addresses determined by them to the airports and vice versa, before and after the flight, Adosin Turizm Ltd. Şti, within the framework of the following contract terms.

3- Service and Payment Information
3.1. Contract price includes VAT.
3.2. When necessary, the agency may change the vehicle type to the same segment vehicle type provided that the consumer is notified. If the customer does not accept this change, he / she has the right to cancel the reservation and get the full refund. In this case, the customer is not entitled to compensation.
4-Transfer Type: One Way (One / Two Way)

5-Vehicle Type: The type of vehicle chosen by the customer (Passenger, Mini)
Mount: Insignia & Audi
Minivan: Vito & Carevella
Minibus: Sprinter & Crafter
Vehicles will be the latest model. The lowest vehicle 2015 model will be used.

6-Number of Persons: The customer must specify the number of people.

7-General Provisions
Passengers are required to wear seat belts as required by the Traffic Law.
In order to benefit from the transfer service subject to this contract, the customer must have made a reservation at the latest 48 (Forty-eight) hours before the transfer time. A reservation must be made at least 72 (seventy-two) hours before the transfer time on religious and national holidays, New Year’s Eve and other public holidays. Reservation can be canceled by the customer up to 24 hours before the transfer time. In this case, the customer will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations made later. The route to be followed from the departure point to the destination during the transfer service; It is determined exclusively by ADOSIN Tourism, taking into account the traffic, road condition and other criteria. The customer is not authorized to change this route. In this context, the requests of the passenger to stop at a different location between the specified route and to wait for a while at this location are accepted. ADOSİN Tourism is obliged to reach a certain point between the two specified routes.
During the ADOSİN Turizm Transfer process, baggage, chests, parcels, etc. she does not accept. The passenger has a maximum baggage allowance of 15 kg per person. In the event of loss or damage to the baggage of which the value has not been declared, the customer does not have the right to claim the service fee as material and moral compensation. The customer is flammable, flammable, explosive, drug, fluid, odor, radioactive and T.C. it accepts and declares that there is no substance that is prohibited to carry and keep by the legislation. If the presence of items in the baggage is detected by the driver, the baggage will not be accepted into the vehicle. No refund will be made if the following 15 (fifteen) minutes are exceeded during the evacuation of the aforementioned items from the baggage, the transfer does not take place due to these reasons or the customer cannot reach the flight due to the lost time. In addition, in these cases, the customer cannot claim any claim or right under any name against ADOSİN Turizm. Inside the luggage; If the presence of the above-mentioned items is noticed, the situation will be immediately reported to the authorized official authorities by Transfer Passenger (ADOSIN Tourism). The presence of the counted items is not noticed by the driver; If it is detected by stopping and searching the vehicle by law enforcement during the transfer; All kinds of damage and loss suffered by the Transfer Passenger (ADOSİN Turizm) for this reason will be met immediately by the customer in cash and at once. The customer’s pet transfer requests and the type of pet to be transported will be notified by the customer during the online purchase of the service. Animal transfer is not made without the said notification. No animal transfer is made without an adult customer. Under these conditions, the animal to be transferred can only be transported in its private cage, in the section designated by the Transfer Passenger (ADOSIN Tourism) personnel in the vehicle, under all responsibility of the customer. T.R. The transfer of animals whose acquisition, possession and transfer are against the law is not possible under any circumstances. For transfers from a certain point to the airport; Transfer Passenger declares and undertakes that the vehicle allocated for the transfer will be at the specified point at the time of transfer. A delay of 20 (twenty) minutes from the transfer time will be deemed a reasonable delay. In case of delay exceeding 20 (twenty) minutes, the customer does not have to wait for the vehicle. In this case, the transfer fee is returned to the customer. At transfer points such as site, public housing; If the delay of 20 (twenty) minutes is exceeded due to the site security officers preventing the vehicle from entering the site, the responsibility does not belong to the Transfer Passenger (ADOSIN Tourism). If 20 (twenty) minutes are exceeded in this way and the customer does not wait for the vehicle
